      There is no drive thru at this location, even tho it looks like there is one.. Their mobile ap wont work for deposits. The olive branch location with a functional drive thru is not open on Saturdays. The mobile ap worked a few times for deposits but then stopped. When I contacted them for help, it was determined that their ap had some issues and in person was the only option. If that is they case they need to finish construction on the drive up and consider Saturday hours or a mid city location. I'm doing all I can to move my family member to a bank that will allow for mobile deposits or a drive up. I m so disappointed with their attitude towards their garbage mobile ap and inability to explain why they have a drive thru but it isnt functional.
