  Mr. Usman spoke to our personal finance class . He is awesome! He taught us so much about responsibility and planning as well as about the banking industry. And he is so funny! Our whole class loved him! Note from my mom: We have had a couple of our accounts here for a few years. I’ve never experienced banking like this in my life. They actually do know your name. They move heaven and earth to accommodate you. If they had a branch in Guilderland, we would move all of our banking there.   Not call ahead! Change hours on all social media. Just wasted an entire 1/2 hour fighting traffic!

  This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. Ordered a new payment book over a month ago and still have not seen it. Their hours are awful. Going into the bank, tripped and almost fell and everyone in the bank, staff, acted like they didn't see me. I'm paying high interest on my car loan and I have a high credit score. I'm planning on closing out my loan with this bank and going to CapCom. Called the corporate office today for some information, yep, they are close. Never heard of this bank until I purchased my car and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to move on.
