  I really wish I could rate the place lower. Every experience I have had has been poor. The bank refused to accept my mother's power of attorney. Then after her passing away they gave me a hard time as executer closing her accounts. The parking lot is tiny and because of that someone crashed into my truck. I needed a medallion stamp and told the teller that I did not have an account. I told her that I would be happy to pay whatever. She made an appointment and I took the day off. I showed up on time and then they refused to stamp the paperwork. I will never forget how I was treated. I won't do business with anyone that has a community bank check either as I fear that I won't get paid. It's a real shame.

  I guess I cannot contribute to the five star reputation. I’ve dealt with Community Bank just about my entire life and never had any problems. Until, I stopped at the one in the plaza in Clifton Springs. A woman named Rachael “helped” me and she was not the friendliest at all. It seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I couldn’t understand anything she was saying because she was mumbling. I just wish there was more customer service skills laid on the line and that she would have had a different mannerism when trying to help a customer.
