  On line account continues to delete my info at least once a month. Calling your on line help is totally a work of art ,it has you press number after number to get another recording. After getting someone human they reset password full of apologizes only to happen the next month or so. When trying online it says my account does not exist. Tell me thats not funny

  I walked up to be helped and I was the only one waiting and noone even greeted me, incredibly rude honestly… Good thing I never go here otherwise I would of said something because they do not make you feel very welcome at all.
