      I was pleased with the Bank Teller at this branch (Elm Street Malone,NY). However I was informed that I can no longer get coins, for small business and other activities. I don't understand their policy, your a bank, but you can't do what a bank is supposed to? If I can't get what I need, why should I or anyone want a Community Bank Account?! This is a comment to Corporate, as it's THEIR POLICY and not the Tellers discretion. Ive been a Community Bank Account holder for 8 years. Don't feel valued with policies like this that limit money exchanges, I mean come on isnt that the definition of a bank?! Way to help small businesses!

      Ive used other Community Banks for years with no issues however this Branch manager Darcy made me go out of my way to write a review. I deposited a check into my account - Waited 2 days - Called the 1800 number to be told yes the check was clear and funds available . It also showing on my account online also. I agreed to buy a car the night before and had to work so I sent my Girl friend with a check to get the money to give to the seller. Darcy would not cash my check . She told my GF I did not have the funds . Made me look bad to the guy who was waiting for him pay also . I had to ask my boss to go to the bank during work hours. Went to another branch and they had zero issues and could not believe this issue. I had way more then the amount in my account . I will avoid this branch at all costs and will use one of the many other ones around -
