      Frustrating! I can't even use my own money, always there is a spending limit of $500 and I call for assistance and they never help, so I have to borrow money from another people because I can't use mine, it is not what the customer want or need, it's what they want. Many times struggling with those limits, I understand it's for security and I like it, but NOT when the owner of the account needs the money, the transaction and they do not help. I'm changing to another bank.

      Every time I go to the Fillmore branch, the tellers treat me like I am inconveniencing them. And it's not just one time, every single time I have the same issue. They are just extremely rude. The only positive experience I have ever had was dealing with an older lady who opened my account. Most of the time, I drive out of my way to the Belfast branch so I don't have to deal with the rude tellers in Fillmore.
