  My first experience with CBTC was a hand-shake deal like the stories we hear from the time of our grandfathers when you went to the bank told them what you are doing, shake your hand, and you have a deal. From there it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with people who we know and know us on a first name basis. The level of service is the best I have ever seen in banking. 5-stars is well deserved and CBTC comes with my full recommendation.

  I am a small business client and have done all of my banking including payroll, with CBTC. When the pandemic hit I requested their help in securing a PPP loan. They refused. I was able to secure a PPP loan through Virginia Community Capital, a bank with whom I had no previous relationship whatsoever. They were great. I will be leaving CBTC in the near future.
