      Banking is a service business as there are banks on almost every street corner. The service they provide is horrible... Everyone from Bruce (branch manager) to Kevin (commercial banker) has made my life more difficult. Once they got bought out there service has gone down hill. Save yourself the headache and look to a credit union...
