      Karen Hicks is horrible to work with and the underwriting team here treated me completely unfairly. They denied my loan after the underwriting process had already begun for a stupid reason that could have been easily cleared up if they would have just asked me. But they didn’t even give me a chance to explain... they entered a denial into their FHA connection before they even spoke to me about it which rendered the loan for the specific property that I wanted dead in the water. I even had approval by another lenders underwriting department the same day I was told my loan was denied here. These people will screw you over... I would back out if you have anything with them... especially if Karen Hicks is your loan originator.
