      My family has their business accounts here and I can’t wait to close them. The team here is absolutely horrible. All the girls are rude and don’t care at all about the customers. This bank has seriously gone down hill.

      I used to enjoy banking at this credit union years ago when I first opened an account about six years ago because my brother talked very highly of them but ever since the pandemic and change of staff it hasn't been the same. Customer service agents are not welcoming, they're slow, they never pick up the phone, some of them are rude and not apologetic even when the staff makes a mistake. I think it's time for me to take my business somewhere else.
