I have banked with them for 5 plus years I had to switched my bank to another bank but went back and Opened my account back up, at the branch on Hoffer Street. I was treated so poorly by the staff. I went to make a withdrawal through the drive thru and the same woman and another worker were very rude to me, I am not sure why my withdrawal of my money and the amount was any reason for them to treat me like they did, but I will not be banking with them after this week and will not recommend this bank to anyone.
