      Been with this bank going on almost 10 years now. I am not one of those people who always had the best financial stability up until recently but no matter what this credit union always helped me whenever I needed it. Special thanks goes out to the branch manger Ben Clausen at the south park location. Not only only is the most professional branch manager I have I ever worked with but he's always just a great person in general but really looks out for his clients best interests as well as there families.

      In 32 years I've had an account with 5 different institutions (not at the same time) and none have been as bad as community first. How they make their money of its "members" is unfortunate.

      If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had issues with a Paypal transaction that resulted in $150 in bank fees. They were unwilling to work with me and an employee hung up on me? Terrible service.
