The Phone Service is exceptional when it comes to waiting. Another words. It takes forever! While if you need to talk to a live person. Death may come sooner. I'll change this statement. As soon as I get a real answer from a live Person. Not likely... at this point.

This CU has the worst customer service ever. If you have an issue you have to play phone tag with the automated system before you get to speak with a live person which really doesn't do you any good because they can never seem to help you with your issue. Forget about calling on the weekend or a holiday because all they can tell you is that you have to call back during regular business hours. 17 years with them but I have had enough Im changing financial institutions as soon as I can.
