  Ariana is just the best. She was incredibly responsive during the escrow process, and always ready to answer any questions I had. As a first time homebuyer I felt completely taken care of and supported. Especially during a chaotic time of home buying- this process was extremely smooth, thanks to Ariana’s organization, flexibility and communication. I could not be happier with Ariana and the Dignified Team!

  Shahtaj Khan, and her whole team, is absolutely wonderful. I had a complex situation, and Ms. Khan stayed in contact, provided options, and shepherded the mortgage through to completion. This is our 3rd mortgage with Dignified Home Loans, and we return because of the excellent service and the great rates.

  My wife and I just completed a reverse mortgage with Dignified Home Loans who was represented by Ariana Nicolau who is a Loan Officer and Reverse Specialist. I initially told Ariana that we chose her company to attempt creating a reverse mortgage based on the name of the company, “Dignified” and the trustworthy picture of her smiling face on the advertisement we received in the mail. If you are over 62 years old, you know you receive at least one reverse loan advertisement a day in the mail, so her personal appeal set Dignified apart from the mass mailers. All I can say is that our experience was the smoothest, most professional and easiest experience we’ve had with a financial transaction in 52 years of marriage. Adriana communicated with an immediate response to all our phone calls and emails requesting information. She organized and walked us through the counseling and appraisal requirements and covered all the costs that come along the way. It was a painless process and Ariana put an understanding, human face on what usually is a procedure that comes with trepidation. I highly recommend Ariana personally and Dignified as a company.
