  I was married to another CU for 29yrs, I knew I’d outgrown the relationship but I tried to make it work. I did a Lease buyout in Feb and tried to make a loan payment using a Credit Card from another Bank but could not-system not up to date! If used responsibly (I pay in full right away), using a credit card that gives you 1.87% Cash Back on all purchases and Bill Payments -is Passive Income-Period! I searched online for a new CU, I found CFFCU and Zeal. Zeal had a lower rate but did not allow me to apply for a loan unless I was already a member. This is where CFFCU checked off all the boxes, including the ability to pay on the loan with my Passive Income Credit Card! I ended up getting approved, closing on the Loan and becoming a Member all in the same day! Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful-looks like they love their job; you don’t see that often. This location is beautiful inside, and has 2 floors- I’ve never seen that before! So far, I love CFFCU, they make money, I make money- what’s not to Love?!? My happy ever after!😃

  Lindsey was very helpful with our car loan refinance. We had a 10 minute phone conversation, took a look at my financial needs and had everything wrapped up within a couple hours. So appreciative of our credit union!

  I will never use another bank for loan again other than this bank! Dina Stewart was amazing from all different aspects. She listened to me from all aspects around such as credit issues I had, working with me to raise my credit to get me my correct score I needed to pursue a car loan. Dina even gave me feedback on the cars I was interested in. Because of her, I was able to take home a basically brand new 2018 army green Dodge Charger. Dina and I had major issues working with Yark Auto out of Toledo Ohio. They would not accept cash over the phone to mark my dream car as sold. So she complained for me. They would not deliver my car for me. She complained for me. They would not issue my title in Michigan, She complained for me. She even delivered my check to my work so I could secure my dream car. Dina did nothing but utilize her people skills and made sure I was able to drive away with what I wanted. Dina sat there and listened to me complain every single day for 3 weeks straight about my credit issues, my car issues, and even my trade in issues. She went through 3rd parties even to try and get different dealerships to buy my dream car and even called auto auctions to try and get me the most money for the vehicle I was trading in. I knew I was going to get scammed because the purchase was already settled. Dina helped me from start to finish and for that reason, she made my experience of buying a brand new car fun and exciting. It was challenging, when I wanted to give up, she stuck with me. This bank was very understanding with certain obstacles I had to by pass due to my bad decisions in my past, but this bank will forever be vouched for. My friends and my family will now being going to Dina.
