  Dale with Lendio Detroit was amazing to work with. He actually called me and went over my loan and explained everything i needed to provide as well as a timeline of when I would be funded. After speaking to him and providing him with my paperwork, my PPP 2 loan was funded within 2 weeks. I did not use Lendio for my 1 PPP loan but moving forward I will always work with Dale because of his professionalism and drive to helping business during this tough time. Thank You once again Dale.

  Big waste of time applying for a loan. Assembled a pile of documents for them to review for a business loan. Kept following up with the agent they gave us but he never returned phone calls. After getting all the documents he stopped responding entirely. After 2 months His manager said he would take over and would get in touch. A week later he asked us to resubmit all documents then also stopped responding. I suspect they aren’t a legitimate business at this point. I even called the number left in the replies to a previous review and nobody answers the phone now.

  This has been the worst experiance ever. I filed months ago. Was told my bank was not approved. I was contacted by them on april 20th 2021. They told me my bank was now being accepted to resign and update my application. Which I did. I was told that same day that my loan was being fowarded to lenders on that same day. Well my status has never been updated on my portal page. I spent the last week trying to call my loan manager. This was after all texts and calls were ignored. On 5/04/2021 I was told my loan manager would contact me today since she was gone. Today she called and hung up when I answered. Only to text me to say the same thing that my loan was submitted. I feel i am being treated with low priority due to my loan being small which means their comission is small too. Their customer service is a joke and I deeply regret using them.
