      Community Ladders provides honest, clear, sensible, and practical money/financial guidance and advice. My initial meeting led to the discovery (and correction) of a damaging reporting error from my mortgage lender that was seriously dragging down my credit score. I've since gotten good advice about organizing my finances so that they're easier to track. Community Ladders also helps to set priorities, viz. saving and paying down debts. I feel Community Ladders serves its clients and has no conflicts of interests and doesn't try to steer people into financial products. It's been responsive to my questions and very up front about what it knows versus what it is not expert in.
