      Opened an account here for a more local account than just PNC. However, I was not informed that there was a $5 "account maintenance fee" for any balance less than $250 (all they told me was you needed a minimum of $5 to open an account). The names of the savings and checking accounts are also very similar and confusing, so when I accidentally transferred funds back and forth from PNC, I withdrew from the wrong account and got charged an overdraft fee (twice). Okay, my mistake, but the instructions were confusing, and when I brought it up with the bank teller they did not offer even forgiving one of those overdraft fees of just a few dollars. Got nickled and dimed all over the place and decided it just wasn't worth it.

      For a checking account they've been ok at best. Loans are not their thing here it seems. They stole $337 from me saying my insurance didn't list them as lien holder even though my insurance company sent them proof it was. They refuse to remove the money from my loan. I have all emails and documentation to prove it they're knowingly steeling from me and causing me great distress.
