  I went to the banks Web site to get the address, and was shocked to see this lone, negative post. I normally don't take the time to post my opinions, as I do not really have the time, and don't want to start a dialog with someone who has an opposing opinion. However, there are a lot of good people working at the multiple branches of this bank. I have also had to deal with their board of directors. With this in mind I feel obligated to speak up, and certainly encourage others with similar experiences to mine, to do the same. I would also like to clarify, I know nothing of the previous posting, as related to one of the loan officers personal life style or ethics in his personal life. But I do know the following: 1. We do not wish to be held accountable in my business for any personal indiscretions of any of my employees, their failure to honor their bills related to their homes, cars, medical obligations, or personal business ventures . . . we cannot legally force my employees to pay their bills, nor fire them for not doing so . . . and our business reputation should not be punished for their personal activities. 2. My personal experiences with the Bank and the Banks Board of directors span 2 decades . . . winning some bids and losing others. 3. Never have I experienced anything but ethical treatment, and sincere stewardship for the funds of the banks and its depositors. 4. I have been expected to meet prices quoted, and meet deadlines. 5. In return for our services "properly," and "promptly" rendered, I have been paid "promptly" and "completely." 6. We will continue to bid any project the board of director invites us to bid.   This bank is extrmely unethical and dishonest. Loan officer , Joe Sutera, owes our firm tens of thousands of dollars for labor and materials on completed projects on his personal investment properties. In addition, since the owner of ColbyCo is a current client of the bank this is extremely unethical and illegal. These folks are criminals please advise to stear clear. We are currently working hand in hand with the federal regulators in this matter. Our goal is to expose the situation and bring justice to the matter by insisting on prison sentences for the members of their board and Joe.
