      Great customer service, drive thru is fast most of the time. Inside, friendly staff, Tyler help me set up my account. Highly recommend

      This company has very poor customer service, this branch specifically. Their lackluster technology makes things worse to bank here. There is such a lag time in their debit card transactions it is hard to keep up with and they are the only bank I know of you can not deposit checks through there ATM. Apparently we over drafted by a little they charged us $500 in overdraft fees. The only way I could get a refund on some of charges is to go in and talk to the bank manager. Trying to be nice I explained to the teller (Jennifer Hammons) what happened she got very defensive and explained it was not their fault and it was standard policy. She then went to the bank manager (Janeane Patel ) who was pretty much useless and explained it was not their fault as well.Go to Chase, US Bank, or 5/3rd the customer experience is so much better. At Community Trust you get a bunch of it's not our faults and gotchas.
