I've just been blown away by their customer service. Multiple times and all their staff has been super accommodating. Very modern bank. And they definitely fight for their customers and have their back. Most other banks I'm trying to watch my 6 to see how they're taking advantage of me. With these guys it feels I have a team member.

I tried to deposit a check for my son (who is a travel nurse so he couldn't do it himself), through their electronic teller drive thru machine at 4:30 pm. Waited 15 minutes for someone to pop up and instead got a message saying "Thank you for passing by". I go inside to try to deposit the check with no avail since human beings can't deposit a check anymore it has to go thru the machine. Then one of these humans had the audacity to say "Well its the end of the day and close to a holiday so sometimes tellers are not available!" That's ridiculous!
