The staff here are exceptionally wonderful. My family and I just love Kalya, Jess, and Kathy, they are truly sweet and beautiful women. They always have such a positive attitude no matter the time of day.

I've had an account with this credit union for almost 25 years. I currently hold a Mortgage/Credit Card/Money Market/Checking and Savings with them and I've had auto loans as well. It was an amazing institution at one time and unfortunately I often find that it has done nothing but go down hill with its growth and success in the KC market place. Back in the day they would literally remove over draft charges for long term customers with no problematic history. These days they don't pay squat to save money with them and will quickly charge you more than you've made in 2 years on a money market account if you dip below whatever number they have in place. It's just sad how greedy a neighborhood credit union has got. They might be better than the big banks still but there's not much difference anymore. I would be hard pressed to recommend them over another at this point, they are basically the same now.
