  The management and staff of the Parkville Branch of Commerce Bank has been great to work with. We have had our accounts there for about four years and they have always been super friendly and extra accommodating to all our special requests and needs.

  More than not at this Bank I have been satisfied however, I caught them reordering my transactions, which we all know they have been in trouble for in previous class actions. I have picture proof of this instance and when I went to discuss it, they refunded one fee but the next day, another Over draft fee came through and that's where I ended my relationship with commerce bank. Although I made sure to tell them of the two transactions this happened to on the same date, they refused to give the second fee back. I have since moved over to a capital one account and as we know, they will be discontinuing their over draft fees but will still allow customers with frequent deposits utilize overdraft service, only charging what the customer over draws. This change takes effect at the beginning of the year. This is the right direction to go considering big bank's make billions each year penalizing people who essentially have low funds. How dare you commerce. I am ashamed and disappointed to have been such a loyal customer of your bank knowing what I know now, and in short I hope you change your ways. If you do not, you will be looked over as more and more people come to the conclusion to switch to a more customer friendly level of service. Good luck.

  I would HIGHLY recommend NOT banking at this bank or any other branch. Worst Banking experience I have ever had! Justin and the staff are not helpful and don't ever call you back when you have a problem. Hank, the small business manager is a liar and will tell you things to get you to open an account and then things change once you open an account and won't stand behind what they say. He also does not have the respect to call anyone back. They will also place holds on your deposits and not allow you to have access to the money until after 10 business days. Don't Bank Here!!!
