  I just opened an account at this Branch, and they were all so wonderful! everyone had a smile on their face and was ready to help! I worked specifically with Missy! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met! I was in a bit of a rush since I was on my lunch break, but she still answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was able to get me out on time! I highly recommend this bank, and this branch specifically!

  ATM was out of Service yesterday (6/10/22), went to hyvee to use my visa debt card. Cause I had multiple debts, my card got a hold on. Called fraud to tell them that it was me using my card but to be on hold for over hour to get no one. Went in to location to see if I can get problem fixed. Spent an a good hour and got ping pongs between 2 people. They refused to help. Went to anther location and got problems fixed, in and out of the other location in 30 minutes. I get it that Saturday
