      I went to the site and after a couple of tries, got on. Then my wife couldn't use the site. She made 3 calls, each time there were 30-40 people ahead, so she left a call back. But when the call back came, it dropped immediately. We still can't use it for her to pay the bills. I can use it but the formate is much poorer than the old one.
