  This Bank closed my account without my knowledge. Reason gave was no activity which wasn't true and have the statement to prove activity in and out of account. Now everything linked with this account is an absolute mess. Went and talked with them and was told to wait on a phone call. Still waiting. I would definitely go somewhere else.

  Community Bank in Woodville Texas has terrible customer service!!!! They do not even engage you in any type of way as far as even saying good morning or have a good afternoon the feeling you have when your there is not professional!! I hope Management address this issue going to look for a new bank soon. Zero stars if I could

  Not very happy with this bank. I have our business account here. When I go through the drive through I am always first to get there send my stuff in and last to get my business taken care of. People pull in after me and are out of there before I can get out. They are also thanked. I hear the teller thanking them and telling them to have a good day. And last time I was there she sent my deposit slip and didn’t even thank me for buisness or anything. Will be looking to withdraw all my funds & move to another bank soon.
