      If I could give less than one star I would. This bank is horrible. The staff are rude. Not helpful at all. I ordered a debit card and the lady sat there and told me it would be on the way & I’d receive it in a week or so. Well I never did. Went to another location & the lady at that bank told me that a debit card had never been ordered for me. She pulled my account information up on computer & said that they never ordered. So basically the lady at the Woodville branch lied to me. Very unprofessional. I guess she was being lazy. The ATM is ALWAYS down. Never works which is a huge inconvenience. I’ve been to other banks & I have never ever had issues with their ATM being down but the ATM in Woodville is always down & instead of them putting a sign on it saying out of order you end up putting your card in and trying to use it only to realize that it’s not working. What a waste of time.
