      They have been quite rude lately when contacting them about issues with my account. Some of the women there sound as if they are annoyed when asked questions. One person says one thing, then I’ll call and ask someone else, and get a different answer. I like banking here, but I’m thinking of changing because of the poor attitude by some of the staff at the Lincoln way location and the Ireland location.

      Always a sweet quick business transaction. The crew on Lincolnway east are always willing to help us. They know us whether we walk in or drive up. The crew on Western ave. are cool too. Both have been able to help with account suggestions, loans, and a word of encouragement to make the day more pleasing. Conveniently located as well.
