  If I could give 0 stars I would, my sister bought a car from here less than a month ago and it has a major problem. How can you sell something off a lot knowing it has major mechanical issues and not do anything about it? The people that work here are as unprofessional as the business itself. This place is trash!! 0/10 don’t recommend.

  We're sorry your sister is unhappy with her vehicle. She was offered to exchange the vehicle for another one of equal or lesser value if she was unhappy. There is also the option to exchange into a vehicle that is more than the original vehicle, but it does require an additional down payment. We also offered to have the vehicle inspected at a repair shop. We have honored the contract and are not aware of any major mechanical defects with the vehicle.   Untrustworthy people and business At first I was happy with them being able to approve me for a car I could afford. I was happy with the car until about 6-9 months in. My car was put together just well enough to get through majority of the warranty time frame. Hoses on my car were broken and they were GLUED together. I noticed this when leaks were inspected. Of course the warranty DOES NOT COVER HOSES! My car also had a crack in the rear axel which then broke and I am now stuck paying for. I was LIED to by the salesman about INTEREST RATES I was told they WERE NOT DAILY I was LIED to about SIZE OF MY ENGINE, AUTOMATIC LIGHTS, and having 4WD. THOSE WERE THE REASONS I CHOSE MY CAR When I called in to speak with anyone about what had happened they told me “We don’t know exactly what features the car has we just know what features that make and model might have.” HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT FEATURES A CAR ON YOUR LOT ACTUALLY HAS!? Also my Bluetooth has NEVER worked. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE BUSINESS I am a single mom and need a safe reliable car and I was LIED to and sold JUNK. And even after paying close to $5000 in payments less than $2000 has been taken off my loan. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
