      Compass mortgage seen that my wife and I were young and totally took advantage of us and out money! They pre approved us almost immediately which makes u so hopeful and excited! We found the perfect house, put earnest money down, paid for inspection and waited four months for them to finally tell us that never mind we weren’t approved. They promised me on multiple occasions that they were gonna figure it out for us and not to worry and they had us. They transferred us from iowa to Illinois to Texas working with all these people that gave nothing but one sided promises and apparently tons and tons of false pre approval.
