      Amare is a joy to work with. She not only knows the ins and outs of all the loan products, but she can explain it to you in a way that makes sense. She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand all of the details for your loan and options available. Her interface is similar to others I've used so I would say the underwriting/approval process was "common", although it was very quick. Amare exceeded expectations in regards to pulling comps and providing local information to us. She stayed in touch frequently and kept us accountable to proceeding on the loan and ensuring we were ready to place an offer that would look good. I highly recommend working with Amare!
