      Dan, Liz, and Michelle are amazing to work with. They made our home buying experience easy and quick even with my current circumstances we still managed to close on our new home! I highly recommend Dan and the concord morgate team! He also recommended Julia duke from Rock Reality as our realtor who ended up being amazing to work with and was there every step of the way!       Dan was very rude and unprofessional. I reached out to ask how much appraisals generally range and that I was looking to possibly go with a different lender than who I was working with currently as quickenloans tries to get 12,500 (after researching most places range between 3-5k for appraisals) he was rude and laughed and said "your looking for a different lender based on an appraisal cost? I said no for other reasons as well including grant options for first time home buyers he said he doesn't offer any grants and hung up on me after a rude Goodluck. Bad customer service. A grant wasn't a Dealbreaker bad service is.
