I've had so much difficulty just trying to make lake trust credit union credit card payments through the app. Sometimes the payment would go through, then sometimes it would be reversed and I wouldn't know. So, The last time I called and told the lady my problem and made a payment over the phone. That payment was also reversed. Then I went into the Grand River office and had great service by Fran who actually called the credit card people and found out it was a glitch in the system. Now, I'm waiting for a refund on the late fees that I should never have been charged. It's all very frustrating. Wow, just wow.

Bill Thomas there representative is dishonest and unprofessional. Will not use Lake Trust Credit Union because of him And we tell others to take there business elsewhere
