      If there was choice for ZERO star, one star is too general for business like this bank. It took them over six months to close a loan that was initiated November 2020, and until this morning, they are requiring more recent documents due to the delay on the closing date. I had given them a chance back in March and naively thinking they could close it without further delay. No proactive communication and lack of accountability overall has now wasted my time and all the preparations. Truly hope all to avoid this bank with extra hassle and unprofessional management.

      We own a small mom and pop shop in Bethesda MD. Over the years we have used PNC only to end up paying through the teeth in service fees and pretty much anything else where a Pennie can be squeezed. Since we have started working with congressional, not only have we been able to work faster with our money but we are forever introduced with new methods to further push our dollars worth. The crew at the Bethesda branch do more than what is required.
