      They are the best in the business!!

      Customer service over the phone is poor. They will leave you waiting for minutes at a time without checking back in on you. Stay away from Legal Service Plan they offer. The service never gets back to you and costs about $100 year. CSE did nothing in helping me get the Legal Service Plan to actually even return my phone calls!
