      Connor Webb in three words: determined, reliable and thorough. This was my first home-buying experience and Connor quickly rose to the top as I sorted through different lenders. He spent a good 30-45 minutes on the phone with me walking me through each step of the process and explaining everything about cash-to-close, and thoroughly vetting my pre-qualification materials to make sure there would be no surprises down the road. I was so impressed when he returned my emails no matter what day of the week, or what time of day (seriously, he was running numbers on a house I wanted to put an offer on at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night). That—compared to another lender I worked with in the beginning, who took a WEEK to even return my first phone call—was so awesome. I had a hard line of what my mortgage could be, and between buying down the interest rate and buying out of mortgage insurance, Connor was able to utilize the money I have so carefully saved for many years in a way that allowed me to buy a home I never would have thought I could comfortably afford. I am convinced that without Connor and his team at Cardinal Financial, I could not have bought my perfect home. At the beginning of this process, I told Connor I was shopping around for lenders. Their underwriting fees aren't the cheapest, for example. But he more than earned my business, and my trust. Thank you so much, Connor and friends and Cardinal!
