      This company initially promised me I would "fly through" their program upon initially hiring them. But it has been anything but easy, if that. So far they have settled one card of mine and left my credit report in shambles. over 30 late payment and collections comments (I have never ever been in collections or had 1 late payment in my life prior to this mess) and depending who you speak with, determines what answer you get to your questions. I have even had management barely lift a finger to help me at times. I found a couple good people to help me, including devon and carrie, but in the midst of this saga I have had to hire an outside credit repair agency to remove the comments I was initially told I was not responsible for. With the world getting more and more expensive and hard, I cannot afford to have my hard earned reputation destroyed becuase someone decides not to do their job. If I could go back in time, I would not sign up with consumer first.
