      Great place to work and training is very impressive. It is a clean and friendly investment to work in. The management does a great job of making sure the employees are happy and getting the help they need in their job roles. They always have some event going on to keep up morale. I would definitely recommend Macy’s credit and customer service to other people as a place to work.

      Never get a Macys card. Lied about promotional no interest, charged full interest after the fact. Would not rectify the situation. Underhanded, deceitful way to treat customers making large purchases. Never shopping there again.

      Ordered an item Sept. 27 still have not received it. It made it to Orlando on Sept 30th. I live in Tampa region. Customer service is terrible!!!!!!. I cut up my card. Will NEVER shop at Macys again!!!!
