      Edited: After few months, I tried this company again because of my other bank going crazy with fees. Application was approved quickly and all the processes were handled well. So far I’m happy with CCU and will stick with them. Original: Even with the bad reviews, I wanted to give this company a try. Applied and submitted all documents. Their email response indicated an approval within three business day. After two weeks of no communication, I asked them to cancel the application. If their response for a new business is this poor, I can't imagine what kind of response existing customers receive.

      CCU is not better than my old Credit Union. They need to do better.

      I’m a member since 2020. I’m refinancing my car with them with an excelent rate. I also got a personal loan this week & they approved me in 15 minutes over the phone. I recomment this credit union 100% for anyone. Thank you guys! You are THE BEST!
