If I could give zero stars I would!!!Worst customer service ever!!!!! I want to close out my HELOC with and I get an endless run around. I just want to meet with a person face to close out a loan that I did not authorize an extension to 2032. MECU/Andigo were great and trustworthy. CCU to me is unethical and unprofessional!!!!

It's so sad to be with a wonderful company for over 30 years, just to have it taken over by a company that doesn't share the same customer service morals. You can't even call a branch directly. You have to go to some main hub that can't answer any of your questions about the branch. It is unacceptable to not be able to call a branch direct. As I type this now, I'm on hold and on minute 19 and holding. I am saddened at the loss of Andigo and their people that care.
