      Great company with amazing employees. Tom, at the Daytona Beach branch, was amazing to work with and listened to all our questions and concerns, being very uplifting and responsive toward them. Austin, the processor, made us feel like we mattered and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. Overall our experience with Contemporary Mortgage was great and I say that typing from my computer in the new house my family owns, with lower closing costs than we expected. Thank you for all you have done for us.

      My husband and I recently had a wonderful experience with Contemporary Mortgage Services. Having just moved to Florida we were not very sure what our options were when it came to obtaining a mortgage. Tom Kowalski and Austin Howland were unbelievably helpful with every step of the home buying process. We felt like we were informed and kept in the loop on every step of the process, felt as though they were both very professional as well as personable, and when Hurricane Irma happened it was very apparent that they fought for us to be able to close on our home when so many other homebuyers had to jump through hoops due to setbacks. We have not had such wonderful customer service in a long time, and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional yet down to earth home buying experience.
