      I would advise you all to steer away from choosing this man as a mortgage lender. Afzal strung me along for 18 months during my home buying process. It was so ridiculous that the owner tried to cancel the contract 3x and in order to keep the agreement i had to pay $100 daily until closing day, i paid a total of $1800 due to afzals incompetence. Not only that, he refuses to do business and comes up with a ton of excuses unless you pay him money upfront first. & did numerous unnecessary hard inquires on my credit. Do not choose this man to assist you in your mortgage process, he will only make your life more difficult.

      I have dealt with Afzal now for a year and a half and he has wasted my time, along with my money. I have invested a lot of time into this guy and his tricks - he is a very smooth talker, buyer or potential client BEWARE!!! He will tell you everything you want to hear and he will do the opposite. He is a con artist and clearly he’s been doing this for years. There are a lot of reviews on here that are similar to my situation. I am almost $13,000 in the hole because of this guy. Save your money and time and don’t go here!!
