  If I could give Alla Lather 10 stars, I would do it. My other family members and I did use her service previously, and she always found us the best deal that met our needs. My last experience was absolutely amazing. Alla went above and beyond to help us meet the deadline so that we could close in our house; she even went by herself in a snowstorm to the bank to take care of our car payment.

  I have been working with the Cool Car Guy for 10 years and have now bought and sold cars with him 5 times and each time the service and value was fantastic. My daughter has now used him twice, with great success. He found a great used car for her with 15K miles on it in this very difficult market for used cars. He and his team can find the exact right car for you, deliver all the paperwork to your door for signing , drop your new car off at your house and take away your trade-in. They are so responsive and you won't have the hassles of dealing with the awful dealerships who add on things you don't need or want. Working with John and his team, you can skip over how dealers take advantage of the inexperienced car buyer. I have recommend him to at least a half dozen people, who have all had great success working with him. Highly recommended and doesn't cost you anything to buy a car with the Cook Car Guy, because they earn their commission from the seller. No-brainer to use these guys and skip the terrible car dealer experience.

  The Cool Car Guy is amazing!! Because of supply chain issues, it’s impossible to find a car at a reasonable price now. John helped every step of the way—from offering tons of suggestions for months in a tough market, to finding the perfect car and helping me sell my old one. He has been available and dedicated through every setback—including taking time to help when with family on the holidays. This is an amazing company and the easiest way to get a car now!
