  Benie did an awesome job! Was a breath of fresh air after a terrible recent experience with another local lender. Very professional! She works hard to provide awesome customer service and is very kind and patient in answering all the questions.

  While we were house hunting, there were somethings we already knew and some others we had no idea about. Benie, helped us in getting clarity with the unknowns. No matter the cost, she gave us genuine advise on all properties we saw. She set us up on an alert that would immediately notify us when a new property was listed. When we really liked a property, she does her part and gets us a viewing as early as possible. I remember we liked a property and wanted to offer the same day it got listed. We got to know that the seller wanted to wait 3-4 days. However, the next night she got a call from their agent saying that we have been asked to put in our best. Benie worked with us deciding on the price to go in at and we finally sent our first offer. There eventually was a bidding war and we were all given counter offers. Behind the scenes, she had constantly been putting in good word for us to the seller’s agent. That helped us as we got the offer despite having contingencies. From our entire experience we can say for certain that Benie and her team has great work ethics

  This agency is so desperate for listings that they keep on calling me about a property that I own that they want to list. For this reason, they will be the very last listing agents that I consider when I am ready to list this property.
