  Would give 5 stars if I could ever get member services on the phone when I call....lost my debit card and tried to contact them from 4:00 to 4:30 which is closing time and never got the first person on the phone.... absolutely rediculous🤬🤬

  Hello Keshia! We apologize that you weren't able to immediately reach a Member Service Representative during that time. We had our IT Manager pull the call logs to find out where your calls were going so that we could address this with our employees, but there were no voicemails left. An MSR will be calling you to help you with your card. Also, the CP CARDCOMMAND app would be a great help to you. With the CARDCOMMAND app, you can lock and unlock your card as well as set spending limits, alerts, and much more. You can find it in the app store under Coosa Pines Card Command.   Have had up's and Downs most of the time it's up great service great people.but today my concerns are someone is trying to fraudulent charge.i would love to speak with someone.. but have been on hold called back for almost 2hours understand busy but come on. Like I said as a whole CP is a great Bank sorry vent over have a blessed day.
