  Jack Shields was amazing. I am a first time homebuyer and single (so figuring out mortgages and numbers and the process was something I had no idea of) and Jack made the home buying process so much easier for me. He was constantly explaining every process and step as well as presenting me with all my options. He makes sure you understand and is always available to you. This market is so hard and he was always working with me and finding the best rates. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home. So thankful I ended up with him and his company!

  Jack and brandy were the definition of great they were so good to me and family especially it being are first time going through the house buying process if you are trying to get a home in my opinion there the best hands down

  As a first time homebuyer, to say I was anxious would be an enormous understatement. Beginning my journey, I didn't know what to expect or where to begin. After connecting with Brandie Owings at Home South Mortgage, my anxieties quickly became minimized. Brandie took the time to walk me through each and every step of the process, explaining my options and offering advice as if I were a family member. At no time during the process did I feel any pressure or obligation, only patience and guidance. In addition to walking me through each step, I cannot say enough good things about how responsive and attentive Brandie was, no matter what time of day. If I sent a property I was interested in, Brandie would have property records and analytical data back to me within the hour. If I had questions, of which I had plenty, she was there no matter if it was business hours or 11PM. If you are considering buying a home, I cannot recommend Brandie and Home South Mortgage enough. Whether you are a first time homebuyer with anxiety for days or an experienced homebuyer who just wants the process completed as quickly as possible (did I mention, thanks to Brandie's hard work, we closed on my home in just 3 short weeks!), Brandie Owings is the one to get the job done!
