I absolutely ADORE this credit union. They are not joking about “banking on a first name basis”. I went in to make my account, and maybe two more times after that, and they were greeting me by name at the door. Super helpful, convenient, caring, and actually fairly quick for all transactions (would be a little quicker if all the universal associates had printers and didn’t have to run back and forth but still quick nonetheless)! 10/10 recommended for Northwest and Colerain alumni. Cops and firefighters getting taken care of as well. The atmosphere here is just lovely. A true joy to be a member here

I would not recommend this bank I called for a replacement card they asked me for my account number I went to go give it to them and I got hung up on and the lady I spoke to did not seem happy at all she seemed quiet annoyed
