      These ppl have no idea what they are doing, they told me that they couldn’t deposit a check with my name on it, ended up going to another branch and there were no problems.

      Went into the bank around 11:55am today. I needed to do a business transaction. Was told that all managers we’re in a meeting. Another customer was waiting, I asked him how long has he be waiting “ 30 minutes “ just for a notary. A banker came out and stated per the manager it was going to take another 40 minutes to an hour to be seen. Why would they have mid day appointments knowing that it’s the busiest time of the day. I guess customers don’t come first.
