      Purchased a New home that was used as a model home. Was sold as a new home but now that warranty work is needed the builder has decided on his own that we purchased a "as is" home but was represented as a new home. Gabe the owner is very arrogant and condensending. Seems to have a very poor reputation in the neigherhood. Buyer beware!!
