      I called this branch they placed me on hold for 35 minutes that's when I noticed it was after 5 pm meaning they closed without ever picking up the phone I have never received poor customer service from STCU I believe I'll close this account and move it all there.....

      You guys need help with your phone lines. The wait times are not acceptable. Edit: I have been trying to reach someone for over an hour. I called and also used the online chat. No one has picked up or responded. This has happened multiple times.
